Privacy Policy
What we collect on this website, why, and the choices you have.

This policy covers j3khai.fun and the email updates sent by J3 Khai Restoration Ministries (“we”, “us”), a 508c1a nonprofit organization led by Michael J. Weiss, Sr.
The short version: we collect only what you choose to give us, we use it only for what you asked for, and we never sell, rent, or trade it. This website has no advertising, no analytics, and sets no tracking cookies.
Blog posts and newsletter by email
When you subscribe on our Insights page, we collect your first name, last name, email address, and which emails you chose — Blog posts, the Newsletter, or both.
- Your details are stored with Mailchimp (Intuit Mailchimp), the service we use to send these emails.
- New subscribers receive a confirmation email first. You are not added until you click the link in it.
- We use your details only to send the emails you chose and to address you by name.
- Like most email services, Mailchimp records whether our emails are opened and which links are clicked. We use this only to learn what is helpful to our readers.
- Every email includes links to unsubscribe or to change which emails you receive. You can also email Michael@j3khai.com and we'll do it for you.
Everything we send to our email list is also published on our Insights page. Subscribing does not make your name or email address public.
Contact and coaching forms
When you use our Contact or Life Coaching forms, we collect the name, email, phone number, message, and topic you enter. The forms are delivered to Michael's inbox through Web3Forms, a form-delivery service. We use them only to reply to you. Sending a form does not add you to our email list.
Information collected automatically
This website is hosted by Vercel. To deliver pages and keep the site secure, Vercel processes technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, and keeps short-term server logs. We don't use this to identify visitors.
We don't use cookies or analytics. Your browser does remember, on your own device, whether you've closed our “subscribe” pop-up or already subscribed, so we don't keep asking. That information is never sent to us.
Embedded videos and other websites
Some older blog posts include videos from YouTube and Vimeo and content from a few other websites. When you view those posts, the embedded content behaves as if you visited that website, and those companies may set their own cookies under their own privacy policies.
Links to Facebook, LinkedIn, the ASEA store, and other sites take you to services we don't control; their privacy policies apply there.
Donations
Gifts are made on our giving provider's secure pages, not on this website. Payment details go directly to that provider under its own privacy policy; this website never sees or stores them.
Who we share information with
Only the service providers named above (Mailchimp, Web3Forms, Vercel, and our giving provider), and only so they can provide their service to us — or if we are required to by law. We never sell your information.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by emailing Michael@j3khai.com. Please note: if you ask to be removed from our email list permanently, Mailchimp keeps a minimal record so the address can't be added back by mistake. You can still rejoin yourself later through Mailchimp's own signup page.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, email Michael@j3khai.com and we will delete it.
Security
This website is served only over encrypted connections (HTTPS), and we rely on established providers to store the information described here. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable care to protect what you share with us.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. For significant changes that affect subscribers, we'll also let you know by email.
