The 6 Laws of Mental and Emotional Health: Belief, Attitude, Learning, Choice, Balance and Action

Basic Segment/5 Laws of Physical Health

Session 1 – Hydration – The Water Cycle provides “natural water” to all living organisms – Natural Water contains absorbed essential minerals and biological materials – Proven benefits of hydration with natural water to each of our body systems

Session 2 – Nutrition 1 – All nutrients come from the indomitable plant – Macronutrients and Micronutrients – Needed Micronutrients and consequences of Nutritional Deficiencies

Session 3 – Nutrition 2 – Nutritional Requirements of the Cell – Carbs and Sugars in our metabolism, why excess is harmful – Proven benefits of Individual Nutrients to each of our major body systems

Session 4 – Exercise – Composition and function of muscle tissue and fascia – Principles of building muscle, messengers, atrophy, fat fuel – Detailed Exercise program for each muscle and proven benefits

Session 1 – Belief – Belief dictates behavior and pretty much everything else – Enormous Power and Purpose of the Subconscious Mind – The Subconscious Mind realizes all our beliefs

Session 2 – Attitude – Attitude is the manifestation of belief – Belief and Attitude lead to self-actualization – How Attitude programs the subconscious mind

Session 3 – Learning – Learning programs Believe -> Behavior – Emotion is the key to learning – Benefits of learning to the mind

Session 4 – Choice – Universal Governing Principle of all Nature – We choose our beliefs and attitudes – Choice = Freedom: Ways to remove mental blocks

Session 5 – Balance – Identify areas in your life where you feel anxious and “out of balance”. This is an indication that adjustments need to be made. Write them down. – Read your Goal Worksheet one more time again. This timekeeping in mind how your goals can help you regain your balance. Identify the Goals that will help you regain balance. – Recommit yourself to these goals with the new understanding you have gained. – Bring your Goal Worksheet up to date and make the adjustments necessary to bring you back into balance.
