We will spend 12 weeks together learning about the 5 Laws of Physical and the 6 Laws of Mental and Emotional Health. During these 12 weeks we will work together helping you craft at least one SMART action step for each law.

Session 5 – Balance – Identify areas in your life where you feel anxious and “out of balance”. This is an indication that adjustments need to be made. Write them down. – Read your Goal Worksheet one more time again. This timekeeping in mind how your goals can help you regain your balance. Identify the Goals that will help you regain balance. – Recommit yourself to these goals with the new understanding you have gained. – Bring your Goal Worksheet up to date and make the adjustments necessary to bring you back into balance.
